Dynamic media & AV

Smart and creative use of light & sound can boost the ambiance, whilst special effects provide extra thrill and excitement. By applying storytelling principles, we make sure all media and technologies are geared towards a fun experience with a fascinating story. Our AV and media experts bring your decors and environments alive with special techniques like projection mapping, pepper ghosting, and much more. Screens, controllers, vehicles and media content are enhanced and aligned into a smooth ride with dynamic game environment. Application: Smash & Reload

Engaging interactivity

The goal of interactive attractions is to create an immersive and engaging environment for visitors, so they can actively participate and influence the outcome. This makes the experience more fun and exciting, encouraging visitors to return and recommend the attraction to others. Interactive attractions are becoming increasingly popular in the entertainment and leisure industry. Types of interactivity we offer include pointing, shooting, push buttons or hand-gesture on fixed or media targets. For the latter, a fun gameplay can bring characters and story alive across different scenes that are aligned with the real world for increased immersivity. Application: Smash & Reload

Fun augmented reality

Augmented reality (AR) is a technology that overlays digital content, such as images, videos, or 3D models, onto the real-world environment. User devices such as smartphone or tablet capture the surroundings and then superimpose digital content onto it in real-time, blending virtual and real worlds. Augmented reality can create an immersive gaming experience that goes beyond the traditional screen and controller setup. By combining AR with interactivity and physical thrills in an attraction, visitors enjoy a more engaging and fun experience. Application: Raptor Expedition

Immersive virtual reality

Virtual reality (VR) is a technology that simulates a three-dimensional, computer-generated environment in which users can interact by using specialized hardware, such as a VR headset. By creating a completely immersive digital environment, VR provides an experience that allows users to feel as if they are present in the simulated world. Users can move around and interact with objects in the virtual environment, using physical movements and gestures to control their virtual presence. Combining VR with real physical objects or thrills in an attraction, provides a stronger immersive and highly realistic experience. Application: WaterSlider VR

Smart artificial intelligence

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a branch of computer science that develops algorithms and models to learn from data and make predictions or decisions based on these learnings. In our rides and attractions, AI is used to make the gameplay more challenging, adapt it to different user levels and influence the reaction of the characters to user interactions. AI can drive personalization of media content and convey messages on individual or targeted basis to trigger interest and engagement.

Case: TooMush gameplay
It is said that the simplest things are the most difficult ones to do: to provide certain Mushies with a bottomless stupidity, we had to rely on sophisticated algorithms to make the reaction as varied as well as unexpected. We have therefore applied Artificial Intelligence technology: the reaction of a Mushie can change based on certain instances (presence of the Mushies, intensity of the action and so on), so the Mushie can act differently and surprise even the most accustomed player. This is a clear example of the next generation gaming capabilities where the ride itself becomes what we could qualify as being “alive”: nothing happens exactly the way it was expected to. Another clever way to boost repeatability!
